Optometrist doesn’t communicate to front staff. I’ve come by twice to pick up my contact lens prescription and still don’t have it over a month later. The ladies at the front give the same answer…. “We can try emailing her?”
Personally I wouldn't recommend this place only because of the front-end staff. They definitely don't make you feel welcome and seemed to be very irritated they had to help customers. The Dr i seen was great. He answered all questions and explained everything to me in detail. Because of him, I was going to give the girls another shot to help me purchase my new glasses... well it only took 2 min and I was done dealing with the attitude and pure laziness so I spent my $700 elsewhere.
I’m very disappointed with the receptionist at this business. They come across as unhelpful and easily annoyed when asked even simple questions. Their attitude feels rude and dismissive, and they rarely return phone calls or emails. This kind of customer service drives business away — it makes clients feel unwelcome and undervalued. A more professional and courteous front desk experience would make a huge difference. I bought glasses elsewhere instead.
Phoned 4 times to make appointment. 4th time put on hold. Going elsewhere. Keep this up your business is going to flop. So angry.
I was in on Thursday for an appointment. First, I booked in July, then had to rebook a week later, there was no issue. Second, when you go into this place, look at the equipment, it’s all brand new. It’s top of the line equipment. A the end of my appointment I asked for an additional test to be done as I had had a previous issue, when I asked the tech said “The Dr. Just asked me to run that test.” That machine was brand new and gives a really good image of the eye.
