This is a good place to get help but I've had a few interactions which makes me question if I'm taken seriously as a patient... I have been very lucky to have been helped by the amazing people here, but when I came in recently to have THE SPECIFIC tooth, I was brushed to another tooth which was the "issue" which I allowed to ge repaired but felt very unsatisfied with the repeat issue happening months later to feel quite fed up. So, won't come back at this customer not friendly service, till this crew is here!!! More than a month ago booked for an exam and cleaning. But today after my exam I have been notice than they fully booked for cleaning today. I got day off from my job. And manager Brianna told me how I have to speak with her, let put myself on my knees and smiling and be happy to get that great service and messed my appointment up! Breanna, you NOT supposed to hanging the phone UP!!!
I would avoid this place at all cost. I needed quite a bit of work done and the dentist really seemed hesistant to do any work that wasn't a cleaning job. I paid for a full examination and he didn't even do the full exam, he did half of it. This place has a lot of good reviews but don't be fooled by that. If you want an honest friendly dentist I would reccomend Mountain View Dental. There service is amazing and they are eager to help you with whatever issue you are having, big or small!
Great experience! I moved here and had a dentist I loved where I came from.. so I was hesitant. I liked it here more!
