Absolutely a positive experience! Dr Audet was very efficient and kind. What was so amazing was that the 4 cavities my old dentist wanted to fill, suddenly disappeared and the xray showed I only had one. Thank you for your care and honesty Kootenay Family Dental. Everyone Was fantastic!
Another excellent experience this morning with Dr Audet from start to finish. Friendly staff, gentle with the needles, quick, efficient, and made me comfortable through the whole process. Thank you very much.
They make me feel really safe and comfortable, and accommodated my schedule on a day I had to be out of there by a certain time. The way the dentist and the assistant were so fast and in sync, yet were still able to do a great job on my filling, amazes me. My hygienist is also amazing - she is so gentle and still effective. I actually look forward to going in.
This is a good place to get help but I've had a few interactions which makes me question if I'm taken seriously as a patient... I have been very lucky to have been helped by the amazing people here, but when I came in recently to have THE SPECIFIC tooth, I was brushed to another tooth which was the "issue" which I allowed to ge repaired but felt very unsatisfied with the repeat issue happening months later to feel quite fed up.
