Traveling through Creston, we had a problem with our sprinter van, so stopped at Euro Shop. They were swamped, but took the time to have a look and ensure we had no safety issues and were good to keep driving.l. They even recommended a shop at our next stop to do the repair. Great service and greatly appreciated.

We are so impressed with the careful work and attention to detail, and flexibility in Covid times with delays getting parts, thank you Karl and Lisa! Since our previous review we have sadly become disillusioned with the service we have received at Kootenay Euroshop.
I intentionally brought my VW from out of town (Nelson) to Kootenay Euro Shop in Creston because of the glowing reviews and I can report that I was not disappointed. There was a significant amount of work to be done, such as... all new brakes and rotors, new rear shocks, new water pump and tensioner. The work was done well and the car is running great. Thank you!
