Most ignorant shop I've ever called in my life.
We are so impressed with the careful work and attention to detail, and flexibility in Covid times with delays getting parts, thank you Karl and Lisa! Since our previous review we have sadly become disillusioned with the service we have received at Kootenay Euroshop.
I intentionally brought my VW from out of town (Nelson) to Kootenay Euro Shop in Creston because of the glowing reviews and I can report that I was not disappointed. There was a significant amount of work to be done, such as... all new brakes and rotors, new rear shocks, new water pump and tensioner. The work was done well and the car is running great. Thank you!

I have nothing but great things to say about Kootney Euro! So professional,friendly and very knowledgeable. I trust them. A lot to be said about trust these days! Not just for imports either. Had my Ford class up the place a few times now. Haha. Also for just the other day I had a computer issue and I called they came in early and remedied the problem in minutes sending me on my way to work quickly and efficiently.
