We had a 12 o'clock appointment, no one showed up. We called a few times, left messages and didn't get a call back. Also, the house we're moving to had an appointment same day in the morning and that was also a no show. I emailed them at 1:30 and didn't get a response till after 4 pm. Not very good customer service. Very disappointed

Amazing job on my upholstery at the Ski Chalet. I have a rental that needed last minute service and Zoubair answered the phone even though it was late at night on a weekend. I have a steam cleaning operation myself so I was pleasantly surprised to see that he uses the same equipment that we do in Calgary! Great service, Zoubair really knows his craft.

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Phoned and left a message with my name and phone number. Received a call back and booked an appointment for the following week for my carpets to be cleaned. Let the individual know we had to move all our furniture in order to have the carpet cleaned. On the day of the appointment we spent all morning moving all our furniture to other parts of the house, even outside, and no one ever showed up.
