Brought boat in for not starting. Had starter replaced, new fuel filter, plugs, impeller, leg oil. When I got the boat back it wouldn't idle and had very erratic RPM's, almost unusable. Returned to Kootenay Boatworks to have him tell me after a week that he lacked the diagnostic tools to do the work.
