As always they were right on time. No sitting and waiting. Staff is always pleasant and Dr. Fagan is thorough and answers my questions is a way I can understand.
I had a seamless appointment today. Everyone was polite and on time. Dr. Johnson was great as usual. New office and location is awesome!
Very happy with this Kootenai Vision Center. LOVE the new building! Dr. Johnson was so patient and engaging with my 7 yr old. Front staff was very friendly and welcoming and went through many choices with her. Impressive!
Team is top notch. They work like a team and have good communication. Dr. Fagan is a wonderful person.
My left contact was giving me some shadows in my sign readage. The staff was friendly and efficient in getting me in. Dr. Fagan was thorough and remedied the problem.
