RecommendedI was recently treated at Kootenai Urgent Care in Post Falls. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. The nurse was pleasant and professional and the Dr. on staff listened and was able to diagnose and treat me in a timely manner. His bedside manner is commendable.
I went into the emergency room on Saturday 12/5/2020. My husband has tested positive for COVID and I was having extreme head/body aches and nausea . I made sure to let them know as soon as I walked in the door that my husband was positive. I could barely walk. They took me straight back to a room. I was shortly greated by a nurse who took my vitals. About 20 minutes later the doctor come in and asked why I was there? He had NO idea I was there so to COVID exposer. RecommendedI was admitted last week for concerns due to my pregnancy and the staff was amazing. They got me back right away and were so helpful and supportive throughout my visit.

RecommendedI like that it's got 3 levels and that I'm not having to mingle with the super violent patients in the mental health section of the hospital. The nursing staff is also very knowledgeable and kind.
If you’re going to make loved ones wait in the parking lot while someone is being treated, how about periodic updates on their status. 4 hours of waiting and not a word, except the rent a cop that told me I can’t smoke in my car while waiting on my fiancé.
dont go to the er at night the staff is beyond rude and acts like they have better things to do you could be involuntarily be screaming in pain and nurces will walk by and srug you off. they try to rush you out 5 min after i am feeling better its time to go. they have gave me things to mask chest pain which didnt seem safe at the time. so all in all try to go somewhere else if you have that opition. the profile you if you dont look a certine way they did a full drug panel on me WITHOUT me know bc why??? im not sure
