Kootenai refused emergency care to someone very close to me because she was too afraid to go in without her mother. She’s been vomiting blood, and you turned her away. This is one of the most disgusting experiences I’ve ever had and you deserve to be sued and shut down. DONT GO TO KOOTENAI KOOTENAI KILLS PEOPLE.

RecommendedKM went over and above during my stay there it was in total lock down I had to go through this surgery a lobectomy alone no family was allowed in the staff went over and above. Christi and Mark in pre op were so very wonderful I can’t thank them enough. The staff on second floor what a great bunch thank you to all of you a very grateful patient of yours.

RecommendedMy infant had an allergic reaction, I took her to the ER, we were taken back quickly. The doctor assessed her and said she needed epi. The nurses and doctor were all very kind and helpful. I felt secure that she was getting great care! We had to go to the lab in the hospital the next day for blood work and they also did an amazing job.
