The lady who registered me and the XRay tech was absolutely amazing
I came in after a trauma. I was in much pain. “Entire medical staff “ took exceptional care of me! Very knowledgeable, caring and supportive staff! During a very unpleasant situation, it was a very pleasant experience.
Team was super kind ! However there was only 2 of us in the lobby and it took over 2 hours for one of us to get called back
The entire staff was sensitive and attentive to my needs. Facilties were clean and uncluttered. I felt safe and well cared for.
Coming to imaging or clinics at Kootenai is usually a good experience until you are asked for insurance. When I let them know it is BA and is u see a VA referral, the staff begins to argue with me that I have to use my Blue Cross that I can’t use my VA. This is super frustrating when I know I can use my VA insurance as my primary especially when the VA referral is attached. I am completely ignored and end up getting a bill from Kootenai as my VA insurance e was not billed. It has caused a lot of bills to go to collections as... read more
