People are very capable, but getting a referral to a Specialist doctor takes too long, and then after the Specialist receives the referral (and the GP staff doesn't advise when it was sent?), another 2-3 weeks for someone in the Specialist's office to review it, and then another delay until an appointment is made. When you're in pain or need a Specialist, the referral should be expedited. Same day call backs by GP staff should be mandatory. I was there 8/7/25 for a CT SCAN and MR scan. The CT scan was fine BUT the MR scan I had to wait OVER 1 hour and I was on time as the CT scn time was changed. The girls doing the MR scan were rude and just let me set there over an hour then told me I was late. Meanwhile an technician came by with a man said to me he is late so I need to take him 1st. The staff is always polite and very helpful when needed
My visit was good just like I’ve said on every survey I get. The only bad part is getting a survey every visit.
