Not very convenient for a pharmacy that delivers. I have had bad experience with reps on phone not very bright and attentive on knowing what prescriptions of mine are available to be refilled. They won't deliver prescriptions automatically you have to remind them.
The staff are always helpful and great at answering questions.
Nice people, but when I come in, they almost never have run it thru my secondary insurance, ChampVA, for a $0 copay. And, my account even has a big notation telling them how to process it!
They do a great job with my mom's meds and they deliver!
Have had issues with them and not filling medication, but then calling and telling my elderly disabled mother to come and get her medication for it to not be filled and then to be told to sit in their waiting area or in their parking lot and to have HER- "they won't notify her" come and check in periodically to see if meds have been filled.
