Took my daughter in law in last night to the ER seven hours in there, of which they forgot her twice when I came in to find out what was taking so long and see what was going on. The nurses were all just well. Shame on you for closing down on a weekend when you had patients WITH a referral for exactly today coming in to do important blood work. I will be calling first thing Tuesday morning and speaking with a supervisor because this is extremely unprofessional and a loss of public trust. Hope you enjoy your three day weekend after leaving your patients out to dry
The nursing staff there are the most attentive and gracious I've ever met. It was some years ago and I had an ectopic emergency and no one believed me, but they tried to take care of me for hours... the nursing staff literally saved my life. If you ever want to get training here for a real job - this place will legit teach you. The nursing staff truly saved my life - thank you. I think about it often.
Wanted to give a big shot out to Marc Torgersen RRT, who works as a Pulmonary Function Tech. He conducted my breathing test and all I can say is WOW. He was detailed and very helpful in helping me to understand everything that was going on during my test. Sometimes in life, you find people just going about their jobs and not caring. NOT Marc- You can tell he loves his job and what he does. Great Job! Marc!!
