The ER was extremely clean and all the staff were very efficient and super nice
After years of praising the Kootenai system this recent visit was a huge disappointment. Admitted through the ER with a diagnosis of sepsis, that was remedied. However, in the meantime I was allowed to fall in the shower due to complete lack of attention. To compound this, although I told the nursing staff daily I probably shouldn't be getting the anticoagulation shots in my gut.,.I react even to baby aspirin they continued to do so. Dr. Volyn & his staff are awesome. Everytime I see him he gives me the time I need to discuss my medical concerns with out making me feel rushed. His staff is kind, polite & very professional. If your looking for a PCM, this is the physician you should contact.
Everyone was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable.
