Apparently they cancel your appointment if you don't confirm your intention to arrive 2 days before your scheduled appointment. If I didn't cancel my appointment I INTEND ON SHOWING UP! Life is busy and not everyone has the ability to accept your calls during business hours when working. I guess I'll be looking for a new provider. It's bad enough that Haritage health spams me with messages but now I have to wade through all of them and make sure I jump through every ridiculous hoop or my appointment gets canceled. Great experience! Saw Angela Blake ARNP, she was super knowledgeable and friendly and helpful! I found my home and family provider! The front desk was friendly and kind the nurse was also kind and helpful! I highly recommend this practice! Also I popped in to the Heritage health pharmacy and they welcomed me and were wonderful!
Not Family Freind!!! My wife had an appointment this morning and brought the kids 4 boys and 1 girl all under 6 years old. The two ladies at the front were nice and friendly but when she went to the back the doctor and nurses were extremely rude and made snarky remarks about how it must have hurt to have that many kids and got mad at the boys for being curious about some buttons. If you don't want kids in your clinic just tells us before we schedule. There are other places the accept kids.
