They cut out are power with out giving us a notice we have baby's and kids
Hats off to KEC for there efficiency in our recent maintenance power outage. A job that was supposed to last five hours, was only two. Thank you for what you do.
Prices continue increasing, KEC builds bigger and fancier buildings, quality and level of service decreases, and the employees are behind bulletproof glass. It’s ridiculous.

Have lived in same house for 30 years.. and KEC being provider. Children have now all grown so obviously less electricity would be used. Noticed last 2 years.. my bill ranged from $250/month (Summer) $550 month Winter. My husband has also passed away so it ihas only been me living at home. When there were 4 members in our family billing would run $75 Summer and $150 winter. Something is happening and price gouging... outrageous service fees. They are making me consider selling my family home just to get away from their exces... read more
