They just raised their rates yet again, for the 1.5 years i have been using the KEC they have raised their rates twice. On top their service fee is high and wish they would drop it, I would rather pay a higher usage charge than a service fee so everyone pays for what they use. KEC loves to say how they have some of the lowest rates in the state/country but when you factor in the "Service fee" they are actually one of the most expensive. This place is horrible. The ladies are nice but the company is insanely expensive. I was with avista for decades and never paid this much. I am averaging around 200 a month since I moved here in October and I do not understand how. I work two jobs, I am rarely home but yet my bill averages around 200 a month ? I never got a bill the first month and somehow they had the wrong address? I never lived in Idaho until now. I have emailed asking so many times why and how is my bill so much. They cut out are power with out giving us a notice we have baby's and kids
