The staff was professional and I received the care I needed. The doctor referred me to someone that specializes in the type of care I need and fully endorsed the referred doctor.
Very poor scheduling. I made an appointment for 8am and when I arrived they said the appointment was at 1pm. I came back at 1pm, 5 minutes late, and they said my daughter could t be seen because they have a policy about being late- ironic as I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time with my older daughter last year before we were seen. The doctors here are great, the office staff is lacking for sure.
Hard to get someone to call you back
They were able to get me in very quickly and the staff and doctor were amazing!
