Very poor scheduling. I made an appointment for 8am and when I arrived they said the appointment was at 1pm. I came back at 1pm, 5 minutes late, and they said my daughter could t be seen because they have a policy about being late- ironic as I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time with my older daughter last year before we were seen. The doctors here are great, the office staff is lacking for sure.
Hard to get someone to call you back
They were able to get me in very quickly and the staff and doctor were amazing!
Been having issues after this surgery. The receptionist changed my appointment without me knowing. With them knowing I had work til 1 and had to have the 2:30 appointment. Every time I called she was extremely rude! Now I’m stuck with a messed up throat and no way to get it looked at.
