I have had 3 closings with this company. Their fees are on the high side (although they will tell you they are in line with everyone else). I spoke with 5 companies yesterday and their rates are the highest. In addition, I was given false information as to a credit I am entitled to due to previous closings. There are much better and more responsive title companies in Kootenai county. Shop around!!
