I was self pay and paid my $237.00 upfront and now i get another bill for $258.00...The Dr came in and said we have a program for your knee and he gave me the price and then came back in the room 10 min later and said because I didn't get denied by insurance that they couldn't offer the self pay discount ? They knew I didn't have insurance to begin with? ...How can I get denied by insurance if I don't have insurance...plus Dr never sent in my prescription to Walgreens for IBUPROFEN like he said he would.. I will never go see the doctors here again. Dr Bowens nurse was lovely. The lady that does the X-rays was rude. She pretty much called me a liar for saying I had a total knee replacement at 39. Then Dr Bowen in not so many words accused me of being there just because I wanted more surgeries… I have avascular necrosis, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, and whatever other diseases I have. My appointment with Seth Rosenthal was very informative. Seth is a great PA and their clinic is really friendly and first rate in our opinion. I will be going back as needed as I know that they have my best interests at heart.
