Dr Bowen was great! The nurses and staff were friendly, courteous, and kind. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel very confident that I was getting top notch care while at Kootenai Hospital
The care I received was excellent but wait times were long. After waiting 45 minutes to see the doctor I inquired about the long wait time and informed the receptionist that I was going to be late for my next meeting. She told me it would be another 45 minutes and would not be a good idea for me to leave for another appointment I had as I would lose my place.
