Serena took her time explaining everything. My appt was on time.
I can’t wait to be finished with Kootenai Clinic Neurosurgery & Spine and I do not recommend this office. Dr Rabar and his PA, Serena, are knowledgeable, talented and informative once you can be fit into their busy schedule. I’ve only seen Dr Rabar one time in six months. All my appointments have been with PA, Serena. The way the office staff handles appointments is terrible.
