I visited Kootenai Clinic Internal Medicine for a colonoscopy and an endoscopy due to a concern of my primary care. If I could give a hundred stars, I would. Every step of the way from scheduling and procedure information all the way through post-procedure recovery was handled with excellence and friendly concern. I'm so grateful for every technician, nurse, Dr Hansen and the whole crew! Thank you!
Receptionist is friendly and I am impressed with her attention to detail. Several patients came into the office while she was helping me. She greeted each person and invited them to be seated and she would soon help them.
The appointment was on time in all respects. The staff were professional and friendly. The doctor was attentive and there was no feeling of rushing through the appointment. All questions answered all concerns addressed.
Great location, friendly staff, never crowded, on time.
