My wait to get a room from emergency to admitted was far to long. I soiled my pants because I couldn't get assistance. Meal arrangement or lack of was terrible.
All staff friendly, professional and made me feel cared for.
Great clinic, also includes a therapist within the practice. Highly recommend. Staff relays messages to Dr quickly, orders are sent electronically and results can be monitored on MyChart. Very efficient and patient -centric.
Not a fan of Kootenai Health’s Eric Darnall PMHNP-BC. No bedside manner. Presents himself as someone with extensive knowledge who provides impertinent information. Rude to patients and will not answer questions as to prescription dosages. He comes Michigan as a provider bringing similar reviews of rude behavior towards patients.
