Very professional, staff was great .Dr Mullen was kind and explained all that was going to happen ,and what to expect .Post op in 2 weeks ,hope the surgery solved the problem .Thanks .
The front desk staff and nurses are welcoming & efficient, very nice, I was called back right at my appointment time. Dr. Mullan takes his time & I don't feel rushed, he explains whats going on in my hand and arm in detail so I can understand and gives me next steps and options.
I was called about a cancelation, 2 days later in for surgery. Dr Netting was very informative about procedure. Awesome. Not new to surgeries, the staff at Kootenai Health were top notch from Preop, RN's, CNA'S, Anesthesiologist's, Just everyone made it a less stressful time. Thank you Gary Clasen
