Very professional and caring
My caprpal tunnel surgery experience from my first visit through surgery has been exceptional. Dr. Mullen and all staff are focused on you, the patient, your needs and comfort. I would highly recommend Kootenai Hand Clinic.
Doctor Patrick Mullen is great and very professional, but also kind and does a good job of explaining what he will do before the surgery, as well as sharing what was found/done during the surgery. The two nurses, Terri and Chris, were AMAZING, and went above and beyond in their care of me, especially before the surgery. It is always a challenge to get an IV in me, and this time was no different. However, these two nurses were so kind, caring, and compassionate as they worked to get it in without hurting me or causing pain. T... read more
