Dr. Hart had suggestions about my health plan by explaining the positive and negative aspects of my choices while taking my concerns into account, which many doctors have not done in the past. Dr. Hart did not appear rushed during our appointment, which is a rare experience these days. Many times doctors make you feel like they are too busy to hear you out.
