Medical care I receive is extraordinary. I have no complaints, my provider is thorough humorous at the right moment to take the edge off scary situations, but serious when it comes to taking care of my medical needs why the one star is the inconsistencies with billing, I’ve had to fight to have a surgery paid for I’ve had to send countless messages regarding co-pays that were due are not due and showing receipts that they were indeed paid. Every time I’ve came into this office I’ve came into contact with multiple really rude staff members makes me very uncomfortable to come to appointments. Many times I’ve felt like walking out just listening to how they talk and treat people. Definitely don’t recommend.
Their front staff is callous and short with their patients. I was supposed to have a biopsy on my thyroid within a week of my visit. They said no worries they will reach out to you to schedule it. I waited 2 weeks, called to follow up and the response was "we will call you back". Never received a call and it has been almost a month with no biospy scheduled. Obviously patients are not their priority. They have no regard for my physical or mental well being as I sit and wonder about why a biopsy was ordered and what could caus... read more
Staff professional, courteous and prompt. Minimal time in the waiting room. All of my questions answered. I will continue to use this office for diabetic needs.
