The Office needs to have better signage. We were told it was in the Pinegrove Building then walked to Admitting and back. Better directions from the staff is required. St Phlebotomist was rude and would not listen to my husband, or I, a nurse, on how and where to draw his blood. Rhonda did it on the first draw. So far we prefer the staff at the Coeur d'Alene office staff better
