Drove from the Vancouver, BC area to Trail, BC to check out this dealer and we were not disappointed. Other google reviews are accurate...they are honest and straightforward with great prices and no hidden fees or funny business. Bought a used car here and I loved my experience! The service was top notch and the process was really smooth
My new ram truck left me stranded with my trailer. This dealer told me they couldn’t help me. They told me to get it towed back to where I bought it. Even though I have bought 4 vehicles with them!!!! Nelson dodge helped me right away they sourced the parts from a deferent dealer over nighted them. Then they squeezed my truck in right away. I have never bought anything from them. And yet they still helped me out.
Changing it to 5 star cause I had a very pleasant experience this time. Jackie and the rest of the service department did a great job. Jackie was on it from start to finish. Top notch customer service from a dealership. You do not see that nowadays.
10/10 service. Very nice people to deal with. Made to feel at ease. Miranda was a great person to work with and get a deal done. We came from Airdrie, AB and it was worth it.
