Koosman Homes are a joke. I was excited to move into them since they seemed the nicest in the area and yikes! The apartment wasn’t very clean when I first moved in. I told them on a phone call and she just apologized she didn’t walk through it before I had moved in. Our washer literally made our clothes DIRTIER than when we put them in. We brought this to their attention NUMEROUS times and they had it “looked at” and never resolved the problem. I was told to run a wash with distilled vinegar. Absolutely awful. I confirm what the other two reviews say. Their work is shoddy and they cut every corner imaginable. I have given them over 90 days to fix issues that have happened within the house. They can't seem to get the work done. Besides that the subdivision we live in is a complete and utter zoo. Their workers live in the houses in the subdivision and every night after work it's a party until about midnight. Stay far away from them as possible.

I completely disagree with sappsucker42. Koosman's are great people and have great rental properties. I am renting my second unit from them and am very happy with them as landlords. They pay attention to things that need to be fixed and the location of their properties are in good neighborhoods. I recommend anyone looking for a rental in Willmar to talk with them.

I moved into my unit a little over a month ago & I have had some MAJOR issues with the unit AND Koosman in general. Our washer was broken when we moved in, it took them over a month to call someone to fix it. A shower curtain bar wasn t installed when we moved in, forcing my husband & I to take baths every day for two weeks. It took them three weeks to get a garbage can, forcing us to take our trash to a community dump site and pay cash to have it disposed of. Cheap crappy people – As far as construction goes they are cheap and cut every corner they can. As far as landlords go they are the worst scum of the earth. Do not ever rent from these people. They will not give you your deposit back no matter what. We cleaned the whole apartment before we left and even mopped the kitchen and bathroom floors twice and she told us they were dirty and needed to be mopped and kept our whole deposit. She is a cruel witch and is nothing but a slum lord.
