Koosman Homes are a joke. I was excited to move into them since they seemed the nicest in the area and yikes! The apartment wasn’t very clean when I first moved in. I told them on a phone call and she just apologized she didn’t walk through it before I had moved in. Our washer literally made our clothes DIRTIER than when we put them in. We brought this to their attention NUMEROUS times and they had it “looked at” and never resolved the problem. I was told to run a wash with distilled vinegar.
