High-quality finishes and modern, reliable appliances make living effortless. The building is prime location. Overall, exceptional design and fit-outs in a highly desirable, convenient setting.
Worst building. Walls are super thin, you can hear anyone in the hallway. Elevator is always broken or making noises. Parking is always a hassle. Leasing office is never available and has the slowest response rate. Additionally they would have the fire alarm go off at 7am. Definitely ready for my lease to be up.

Rent cost doesn’t match the area or quality of living here at koosh. It’s just an all out scam like the rest of these new developments. When they can’t sell the units they made they build another and tack on another 450$ more
Really awesome place, and people. The apartments are well engineered to comfort. The staff are nice. There is new restaurant downstairs with amazing delicious food and drinks makes it convenient to go out for dinner without driving around. We will definitely miss and recommend this building.
