Koorsen has been really helpful to work with! We had a late late night call with our alarms going off at one of our buildings and they assisted with explaining how to work on parts of the dry sprinkler system to help resolve the matter. Rick came out from Kokomo and did a check through to make sure everything was fine and did a fantastic job explaining parts and how things can be affected to someone like me who knows very little about these systems. Thanks Koorsen!
THE WORST company! Been working with for 6 months and they STILL aren't complete. Have showed up late and left early every time. The dispatching agent double books the workers enabling them to charge more and never complete the job. FIND SOMEONE ELSE and your job will get done right.
