100% recommended. I had them come over to get a quote to upgrade my attic insulation since I had some draft and cold spot on the second floor. After looking in my attic they confirm that my insulation was up to standard and it would be a waste of money. They showed why and how to fix the drafts and cold spots myself. HIGHLY recommend Koops insulation! They came right away to quote the job and got us booked in quickly. We were on a pretty tight schedule with the cold weather approaching and the owners were beyond accommodating to my situation and did everything in their power to help us out. These guys helped me in a huge pickle!! Wish I had gone with them from the get go. They’re quick, efficient, good at what they do and they REALLY helped me out. Great service from start to finish. Apparently there was a slight miscalculation by their estimator, so when the technicians came out to spray foam the basement what was put in should have been a few hundred dollars more than I was quoted. I only know this because they told me upon doing their walkthrough, I was not charged the difference and their lead (owner?) simply chalked it up to being a learning opportunity for his estimator.
