Great experience! I dealt with Silas, Heather, and Dalton, all were very informative and helpful. Came out and measured, gave me many options and pricing. Install day was perfect and they did a great job of installing our shower door. I would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

Had two new storm doors installed on a remodeled ranch project where water was entering the house on heavy storms and Koonse had the perfect solution. They met their expected received and installation dates, too. The one day installation came out great and really helps finish the new look of the house.

Don’t waste your time. This company has terrible customer service. They come out to look at a job, took a long time to provide any information or a price and then made some strange comment about “not bidding” but I was not even bidding the job and I just wanted new windows. It doesn’t seem like rocket science to ask for glass from a window and glass company. The owner is a total joke and had no idea how to treat customers. Unfortunately, I had the most unpleasant experience with Koonse Glass this morning. I took in a window frame, from an old storm door, that is on a deer stand, the guy upfront let me know they would measure the window and call me w/ an estimate. I just wanted regular glass or better yet, Plexiglass. He let me know that it had to be tempered glass since it was for a storm door. He would not listen to what it was for or even an explanation.
