Koonse Glass went way above and beyond to help us with a glass job, and we could not be happier or recommend them more. When there was an unexpected issue in the glass job, they somehow managed to get it figured out without any damage or extra cost. They noticed we were struggling with an unrelated issue and insisted on helping, and ultimately we could not have done it without them. The office was also very friendly, communicated quickly and worked with us on a concern, which was very nice. Really solid group of guys.
I am renovating one of my bathrooms, and needed help removing an old glass mirror. It was a large, frameless mirror, quite firmly affixed to the wall. My home was built in the early 90's, and it's the type of mirror you see from that period, or in rentals in need of an update. I actually tried to DIY taking this mirror down, got scared and gave up. Great experience! I dealt with Silas, Heather, and Dalton, all were very informative and helpful. Came out and measured, gave me many options and pricing. Install day was perfect and they did a great job of installing our shower door. I would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!
Had two new storm doors installed on a remodeled ranch project where water was entering the house on heavy storms and Koonse had the perfect solution. They met their expected received and installation dates, too. The one day installation came out great and really helps finish the new look of the house.
