We are so pleased with our new windows and appreciate the speed of service and the time that was put into making sure it was right. We had a complicated window replacement with a lot of labor time that was very involved- everyone was very helpful and honest through the entire process. The crew came in even through the holiday season to replace our windows and we’re very transparent about pricing and communicative about scheduling. I would choose local like this over big box companies any day.
Michael & Justin were so kind to come fix my glass shower doors and measure my window for replacement. They were very kind, professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Koonze glass for their excellent product, customer service, support and care.
A couple months ago, took an old window frame in just needed one small repair. The lady that was supposed to be working on it. claimed she had bigger projects. So we were shoved in the back pretty much when I asked her, how much longer it was going to be? She said, maybe a month or two that is way too long.for A small piece that needed to be repaired. So at this point we would have been looking at 4 months just for 1 repair you all should hire more people that specialize in that department.If she is so backed up

Koonse Glass went way above and beyond to help us with a glass job, and we could not be happier or recommend them more. When there was an unexpected issue in the glass job, they somehow managed to get it figured out without any damage or extra cost. They noticed we were struggling with an unrelated issue and insisted on helping, and ultimately we could not have done it without them. The office was also very friendly, communicated quickly and worked with us on a concern, which was very nice. Really solid group of guys.
