I do not approve of getting ripped off or being taken advantage of. This department and its managers have proven to be unethical. I went to get an estimate to install a minor piece of my front bumper. They estimated $600 to install the part, claiming it would take 4 hours to complete. After doing my research, I realized it was a 5 minute job. I went to another GM Chevrolet dealership that gave a free estimate and only charged $60 to install the part.
