I had the car in for maintenance service. The car came back not washed or vacuumed. Not a big deal, but it was listed on the ticket as a completed task. Now I question what else may or may not have been completed. I asked to have my rearview mirror inspected as water was leaking through it into the car. I was told that I would need to pay over $1,300 to have it cleaned. Water is leaking in from the roof coming through the rearview mirror onto the dash and center console of the car, and its my problem?? I bought the extended ... read more

The staff at Koons Whitemarsh are great and have great attention to detail. I highly recommend. AJ was great he set me up with a loaner quickly and kept me up to date with the process as it was happening.
