The 40k service that Koons of White Marsh provided was top tier. They sent a concierge with a loaner to switch with my car. I received text and email updates during the entire process. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this place!

Jake and all the services advisors I was in contact with were all very kinda and knowledgeable. I love the convenience of the online portal to approve the service recommendations they made for my Volvo and it also allowed access to documents and descriptions of the recommended services. I will trust Koons with my Volvo for as long as I am driving a Volvo!
Had to have vehicle towed in. The receptionist for the service department is fantastic. They took care of the issue quickly and made the experience painfree with the automation.
