I recently had my 2016 RAV4 in the shop at Koons Toyota for a peeling paint problem that I have been trying to resolve for two years. It was resolved by this management in a little over two weeks! I cannot stress strongly enough what a pleasant experience this was. My car looks brand new. The communication between myself and the office was phenomenal. I highly recommend Koons of an Annapolis body shop for any of your body shop needs.
Had a wonderful experience! Mamadou was great to work with, the finance team was great to work with. I was in and out in no time. I LOVE my new Highlander! Thank you! UPDATE: Not happy with the service department, they get 1/2 star for service.
