TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! First time customer and very disappointed in the interactions I had with the staff at this dealership. Mike Treas the service manager and Mark Bowling were both extremely dismissive and rude to me from start to finish. I went in for a 50k mile service (“the works”). This place is awful. I own a Lincoln and have always owned a luxury vehicle and gotten service from those dealerships accordingly. Lincoln vehicles are serviced at Ford. It’s awful. Embarrassingly awful. So much so I will never buy another Lincoln as a result. I hate it.
My appointment was @ 7:30am on Friday for air bag recall..I waited 2 weeks 4 this service.. They didn't have my car ready until Tuesday..They said they didn't have clips 2 hold parts in place..service was so disappointing..Never take your car 4 service their..
