In addition to the timely repair of my vehicle, the staff provided transportation to and from the car rental in a timely manner. The response was quick and worked within my hectic schedule.
My salesman, Chuck, was great to work with. Chuck stayed in touch and informed me every step of the way while I had to wait for the arrival of my truck. I would use Chuck again if I was looking for another Ford.

We settled on a price on the phone, I drove 2 hrs. When arrived the young man meets us at the door. Car was being d-tailed, my son did a test drive. Sales men was very polite, he had to fight off (LOL)several people inquiring about the car. My son commented that is was one of the best experiences he had had in quite sometime at any dealership. I must agree, there were no unwanted charges added, just the normal things such as taxes and title. One done and out the door. Good job Koons Ford.
