I must say after driving all over Ohio and Indiana we stumbled upon this small business. Where the folks were amazingly nice and helpful. Also willing to work on prices. The nice feller that helped my husband load the stuff on the flatbed. Also actually having things in stock. We will be coming here again for sure ☺️
I bought my speed queen washer about two months ago and I love it! The people at Koons is terrific friendly and Courteous. I will be going back when I need a new dryer. Sorry I can't remember the young man who installed my washer but he was very nice and knew quite a bit about the machine. Thanks Koons see you again soon.
I bought a part on Saturday September 6th for my dryer and I told them the part number and the model number and he called me back and told me that he had the part in stock so I go pick i up! last night i get around to fixing it and its the wrong part!!! So i called them today needing a different part and like to return the wrong part and they do not return parts!
