Great service and communication from Billy Scully.
Last week I had a wiper motor replaced under a recall. Yesterday when I went to use the wipers the motor froze and stopped working. I sent a text to my service advisor, Jesus, at 4pm yesterday describing the problem. He texted right back to come by in the morning. I showed up this morning and he immediately took my vehicle back to have it checked. They found the problem right away and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes! I can't thank Jacob, Tyler and Ernesto enough! These guys are like family at this point. Jacob performed an absolute miracle for me. Tyler gave the best customer service and eased my mind over the phone and Ernesto was helpful with turning my car back over to me. They are a winning team!!
