Horrible for service. I had a door latch recall on my car and they held my car for the day. Came back the next day and they never put the bolts back in ANY of the doors! I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at the Koons Ford Service team located on Security Blvd in Baltimore National Pike. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, 12/13 at 3:00 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed that it would be best to leave my vehicle overnight and return the next day for pickup, with a promise that I would receive a call.
