On a Friday evening, through our Credit Union, we put a notice on TrueCar to find a truck we wished to purchase. We heard from several dealers almost immediately with trucks similar to the one we wanted but, Chris D at Koons found exactly what we wanted. I purchased my used vehicle from Koons and added an extended warranty. I had some buyers remorse on the extended warranty and reached out to Terri in financing to inquire about how to cancel. I was provided the information but encouraged to consider if canceling it was a good idea due to it having higher mileage. Terri was very personal in stating as a mother she would hate to think of me and my children stranded because something went wrong. Poorest service I have ever received from any service center. They do not answer their phones. They do not return messages. Their work is good but good luck getting in, in a timely fashion. Their pick up and delivery is also good. Update: I talked with the General Manager and he dealt with the issue right away.
