Poorest service I have ever received from any service center. They do not answer their phones. They do not return messages. Their work is good but good luck getting in, in a timely fashion. Their pick up and delivery is also good. Update: I talked with the General Manager and he dealt with the issue right away.

It says a lot about an organization when they refuse to address known issues. With the negative comments, posted here, which are true, in my opinion, they never even took the time to address them. The customer service at this Ford is horrible...once you leave with your vehicle. As you're going through the buying process, staff are all at your disposal, helpful, pleasant and would help you with any and everything. I took my Ford Edge in for an oil change and to identify a noise that happened when I backed up. When Mr. Treas called, he had charged me $190 for a diagnostic that could not identify the sound, BUT he did identify a check engine light, that never came on for me and a whole host of other things that amounted to $3700!
