Koons sold me a car they had on Autotrader. The sales guy said it was avaiable, I said I'd take it. They had me fill out the forms for the sale and then the Sales manager said they sold it to someone else (after the sales manager said it was mine. Buy elsewhere.

Horrible. My bill was double what it should have been because of add ons that I did not ask for. They will give you the run around, do not answer phone calls or emails. Wish I would have read their reviews before I brought my car to them.

Horrible service department. Purchased a brand new 2016 Ford Explorer XLT. After 2 days navigation broke, loud humming from engine and wind was coming through passenger side window. Keep in mind it only had 12 miles on it when we drove it off the lot. They all lie. I was told one person was the service manager and he even introduced himself as such and then after the car wasn't fixed AGAIN the same person told me he wasn't the service manager after all. Worst Service Department....EVER – Car was brought in on August 2nd with a locked up engine. I was told the car needed a new engine. Today is November 18th, and the car is still not done. Phone calls are not returned. When I do get someone on the line (they screen calls with Caller ID), I am told outright lies. The first round of delays was not entirely Koons' fault. The warranty company dragged its feet getting the car diagnosed. After that was done (about 3 weeks), I had to wait 3 more weeks for a new engine to arrive. Onc... read more

Koons Ford Body Shop is Horrible – I took my 2005 Mustang GT to have body work done at Koons Ford's Body shop. My car has been worked on 4 times now and it still has not been done right. First there was a hazy residue underneath the clear coat. Very noticeable throughout the whole side that was worked on. Bob the manager said he never saw this before in his 30 plus years. They tried to cheat and buff it out with no avail. So, they tried to fix it by removing the clear coat and re-clear coating it. It looked ok when I first p... read more

BUYER BEWARE - MISLEADING & UNPROFESSIONAL IN HANDLING COMPLAINT They misled my sister on price by charging her over the advertised price (not tax & tags) and passed off a car with body damage. When we went to them to resolve issues, they said that the extra cost was for MSI Fees although these fees were never discussed during the sales process or shown on the sales order as a line item added to the advertised price.
