Poor communication
I wish I would have read the ratings before agreeing to GEICO’s suggestion to use this shop. I had a similar experience as nearly half the other reviewers here - incredibly long wait time, absolutely zero communication, and shoddy workmanship. After initially driving the car in (the damage was only to the rear end and the car drove fine) I was told I would receive a call within a few days with an estimated time to repair. These guys have horrible customer service. I’ve been desperately calling for an update on my car and am constantly getting sent to voicemail. Nobody answering the phone seems to care that I can’t get an answer, I keep getting transferred to people who do not answer the phone.
This place is full of sweet talkers. The body shop technicians do presentable work the problem pop up two years later. I took the vehicle back but they didn’t take liability on their work.
