Not satisfied at all, thought my tire was getting replaced but was not ordered and will have to return. Windshield fluid was not filled as part of service. When checking out technician came out with wrench and went under my truck to make sure he tightened oil plug and then had to check oil level, because he said he got distracted. Would explain windshield fluid not being filled. I really doubt at this point if anything was truly checked and did the oil get changed. Do better koons
