Our automobile sustained about $11,500 in damage, with the majority of expense to the front undercarriage as it was a single car accident. I had my car repaired at Koons, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. The body repair was done extremely well, and my car looks great. I did have a small concern initially, but Koons took care of it promptly and professionally. They cleaned my car thoroughly, and everything was handled the same day. My Tesla 2022 MY hatch gate and bumper were replaced. Some minor scraping was also fixed. I now can't tell where the damage occurred and the paint matching is spot on. The shop took a little over 3 weeks before I could drop off my car, and the repair was completed within 4 days. The shop has a good arrangement with Enterprise for a shuttle and we also returned the rental to Koons, which was very convenient. The shop dealt directly with Erie Insurance and I am very satisfied with the whole process.
Best Service of the year! I want to give huge thanks to Koons, Especially Ryan Gamble. Ryan was very professional, upbeat and friendly from the day I dropped the car off to the day I picked it up. Ryan kept me informed the whole process and even gave me a call with the details of my repairs.
