Our automobile sustained about $11,500 in damage, with the majority of expense to the front undercarriage as it was a single car accident. I chose Koons Collision because of its proximity to my house and the fact that they are Tesla certified, even though they had a two week waiting period. Tony explained the entire process in detail, and everything went smoothly once I dropped off the car. Enterprise handled the rental pickup and drop off directly at the location, so I was never without a vehicle. The entire repair process only took four days. The entire repair was completed in five days ahead of schedule and my car looks great. A special thank you to Tommy Bouchard, the estimator who handled my repair. I had an amazing experience at Koons! Ryan was the person who took care of my car situation and he was really good! It took a long time to get ready because they were just waiting for insurance return but overall I have nothing to complain about Koons , once they got approval from the insurance they worked really fast!
