Just had my vehicle repaired by this body shop upon recommendation from the dealership I originally purchased my vehicle. I am SO HAPPY that I had my car paint work done with them! They did an EXCELLENT job and my car looks new! I also want to give special kudos to Mr. Lionel Stewart who was my point of contact at the body shop. My review is in line with the other one-star reviews. BLUF: terrible customer service and they provide false information when the vehicle is ready to be picked up. I had to continually call for progress updates every few days. Shouldn't that be the other way around? Bought my car there to be repaired because I went there before for another repair. I don’t think I will be going back there again because they took my truck apart and did not put it back all together like it was when it was towed there. Really !! All because you broke the snaps while taking it off ? It was fine before you touched it.
Excellent customer service. Ryan was incredibly friendly and explained everything very clearly when I brought my car in after an accident. They completed the service quickly and got me back into my car faster than I expected
