My review is in line with the other one-star reviews. BLUF: terrible customer service and they provide false information when the vehicle is ready to be picked up. I had to continually call for progress updates every few days. Shouldn't that be the other way around? Just had my vehicle repaired by this body shop upon recommendation from the dealership I originally purchased my vehicle. I am SO HAPPY that I had my car paint work done with them! They did an EXCELLENT job and my car looks new! I also want to give special kudos to Mr. Lionel Stewart who was my point of contact at the body shop. Accidents are already rough so I chose Koons because my insurance company preferred them…and I see why. My insurance company facilitated the initial call because I was worried about color matching on my red vehicle. The expertise was apparent immediately. From the moment they took my keys, they were extremely communicative, sensitive to my allotted rental timing, actually had a close relationship with the rental car company, and finished several days earlier than projected.
