I recently wrecked my Tesla and needed to find a certified repair shop—there aren’t many in the area, and my original plan was to take it to Tesla. I had my Tesla repaired at Koons and couldn't be happier with the results. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. From start to finish, the team was professional. The entire repair was completed in five days ahead of schedule and my car looks great. A special thank you to Tommy Bouchard, the estimator who handled my repair. He was very knowledgeable thorough, and honest with his assessment. He walked me through everything clearly. Highly recommended!
This was my first time ever having my vehicle serviced in Virginia. I really enjoyed how communicative the shop was with me. Working with Tommy’s team at Koons was a dream. They were transparent, informative, reassuring, polite, and professional when I dropped off my Tesla for repairs. I received frequent updates during the repair process, and an in-person update upon pickup. Repairs were also completed 2 days earlier than estimated! The quality and personal attention Tommy and his team gave me felt as if I had taken my car to a friend for repair. I will 100% recommend coming here!!!
