I was involved in a car accident in March of this year. My car was hit from behind by a vehicle after coming to a stop it felt as if my van was almost going to flip over. I chose this collision center because they are supposedly have certified mechanics that work vehicles with handicapped equipment. My van was in the shop for a month with these people. Awful customer service from the sales department.
I was in a rear end collision and decided to use Koons Ford Collision center in Annapolis for work on my 2009 Ford Flex. I received a free estimate and the work was completed faster than I had anticipated and the people working with me were amazing. I will definitely use this location for any future issues.
