Honest, fair, and dependable. After going to another local dealer and being quoted an exorbitant price, I took the car to Koons Clarksville on a recommendation of a friend. They went above and beyond and saved me a good bit of money in the process. Would highly recommend.
My appointment was scheduled for 1pm for an oil change and tire rotation. They knew I was waiting. Once there, they told me it would be about 90 minutes. At 3pm, they still had not started. They were finally done at 4pm. The offer to wash my car was declined since they estimated that would take until 630pm. What's the point of having an appointment, especially with them knowing I was waiting. I watched many other customers coming and going while I continued to wait.
