Brought my EV for a battery alert. The alert ended up going away, but I very much appreciated their customer service. They got me a Lyft to and from work so I didn’t have to sit at the service center all day and use my time off. They were very nice and used covers in my seat while they assessed things.
I came to pick up my car, and they said, "Here's a shovel, go dig it up yourself, we don't do that here." How is that even possible? That's terrible service – that's not how things are done here.
4 hours for an oil change, when I made an appointment!? I have a Mercedes-Benz and they didn't have the oil or filter here, but no one explained that to me. Dave told me it would be 90 min...I made the appointment 3 weeks ago, why couldn't someone order that ahead of time?

Was able to have my car serviced for routine maintenance even though the app did not transmit the appt reservation to the dealer. Kudos to Koons for still honoring my appt and getting me out of the shop in a reasonable time period. Keep up the excellent service!
