3 stars for the nice people who work here; really I’d give the people 5 stars. But not happy. Used the chatbot to book oil change on their phone system, 2 hours plus for simple oil change. Lesson learned is never wait for your car here.

I don’t know who hired these people, but they’re incredibly incompetent. They make a mistake every time I come in, and they don’t get the job done on time. For the exorbitant amount you pay here versus any other shop, this is outrageous. Save yourself the headache and go to your local mechanic or auto body shop.
I’ve been bringing my 2007 truck to this service department since it was new and have never had issues until now. I went in because my tailgate wouldn’t open, and was told it was simply locked—which didn’t make sense since I never lock it. They then recommended around $2,500 in additional repairs.
