It was pretty relaxed and informative, which I appreciated. Scott Mudd was very nice snd I look forward to working with him when servicing my Highlander.
I wouldn’t go to this Toyota dealer for any service. This is my third time with poor service and communication. On this visit went in for a recall on my engine. A week later the car stopped and left me stranded. After having it returned to the dealer it took two weeks of back and forth communication then nothing. Just got my truck back yesterday after them having it for two months. Had a lose part that came off driving home. Easton location is good but avoid Annapolis!
My service advisor was rude and not helpful at all. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
My recent experience at Koons Toyota in Annapolis was wonderful. Scott Mudd was efficient, had excellent knowledge about my car, and very easy to work with. I especially appreciated the explanation concerning the various service packages.
