Been ordering parts from this dealership for the past 2 years. It is the best service from any Toyota parts department we have ever used. As a body shop you need parts FAST!! Every order Souphane takes care of me and the team at Autobody Images. He takes the time to go above and beyond for all of our orders!! Purchased a used Rav4 a few weeks back. Drove a long distance to see the car, and it exceed our expectations. Sam Cho was our salesman. He was great to work with as well as Jayda Lin the Business Manager and Suheil Katan the Finance Manager. Fantastic experience!! I highly recommend Koons Annapolis Toyota!!
