Great parts department.
Only 35k miles on my truck. Have brought it here for six routine oil changes. On one of the oil changes they sent me off with 4 qts of oil in an 8 qt engine. On another trip for an oil change they ripped my roof rack off, causing damage to the pillar, roof, and moon roof. The front line staff were really pleasant to deal with. However everyone from them on up really could give a rip about the customer.
