I recently emailed Kooltronics to get a replacement air filter for two of our electrical cabinet air conditioners, they quickly responded to me with a quote for the replacement filters. They informed me that these air conditioners are from 1984 and they are still working perfectly fine. I will certainly install other Kooltronics air conditioners on future applications.
I worked with Nancy on placing an order I needed ASAP. Nancy went above and beyond to help me place my order and get the shipping department on my same time frame. The shipping department was equally as understanding of my time frame and made my pick up as stress free as possible. I would definitely recommend Kooltronic inc. To others.
There's no delay opening when the area is snow .
Rudest sales guy I have ever talked to. I called trying to understand the product better and get pricing and got hung up on... I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
