We had the crew replace a number of double pane windows in our attached greenhouse. I couldn't have asked for a more professional or courteous team. The results are stunning. And the final bill was below estimate. Yeah.
Can’t really comment on the actual window replacement, but will comment on the service to get my widows measured and estimate. This all started right after July 4th. I went to the store and talked to one of the guys who comes to the house to measure the windows. He said he would call me in a couple of weeks to set up an appointment. I can’t really review them whether they are good or bad at the way they put my window in. I can review the service I have not gotten from the person that I talked to in the store. Very bad service. I gave him my name and phone number and not sure if I gave him my address. So he said he would be calling me in 1-2 weeks. This was just right after July 4th. Here it is August 4th and still haven’t received a call back yet. You know I’m big at keeping it local, but its getting harder to keep it local anymore.
These people are so helpful and kind.
Super nice guys, came out and measured a bay window portion I thought for sure wasn’t gonna be capable of being repaired. Got it ordered and quoted. Came out a few weeks later and had it installed in under 45min. Very impressed and would definitely recommend!
