I recently built a new house in the Princeton, IL area. Koolmaster supplied the windows and exterior doors. Fair prices and excellent customer support. I'm a very happy customer. Highly recommended!
I had them over to replace the glass in the fixed panel of a sliding door. He is an expert. Didn't waste time, knew exactly what to do, didn't leave a mess. And he was very friendly.
I initially was happy with the company. They replaced a few doors. There have been a few issues with 1 of the doors. They took one of my screens to repair last July and I can't get a reply as to when they will bring it back. Last reply I received was I could come pick it up myself.
Customer service is outstanding & quality of work goes above and beyond most.
