Koolini's has always been my favorite Windsor pizza and never disappoints! Only 1 Koolini's. Everyone else expanded and sacrificed quality and the things that make these places special...Family!
While the food was excellent and the service staff—especially Rosemary—were professional, our experience working with Leo was disappointing. We clearly communicated our budget and asked to scale back, but this was ignored, leading to unnecessary waste. Tried to order a pizza on Saturday just after 7. Called 3 times, but no answer. Then I look at their hours and they're closed at 7pm??? Called Maestro's down the street and they answered on the first ring. Imagine that.
They are starting to place orders and not delivering them what are these companies doing to people
I have been ordering from here since I was a little kid. This used to be our go to place for quick dinner. Now we try to order at 7:05pm when we are all done with work and they are already closed. I hate to speak ill of a place that my household has enjoyed for years. But why are they closing so early? I understand closing earlier during the weekdays where it may not be as busy. But on a Friday night or a weekend night? That’s like prime time for late night pizza.
